I see, I totally forgot about how that difference, lol. But I wouldn't really consider that a different version, it was just modified to fit the flow of the album. That's why I don't feel like it's worth mentioning as a different version because everything about it is the same except for removing the fade out.

I kinda feel the same. I wasn't too fond of uncontrolled nor FEEL (especially Feel), but I loved _genic so much... I was hoping she'd continue to evolve her sound out of the heavy edm but, well, not anymore haha I was hoping for a mint"ish" sound for her future album, though

THIS. Times have changed, being 40 is like being in their second youths to some people.
And we have also to consider that age is only a number. Some people might not be able to do what Namie has been doing even in their teens. It all depends on factors like health.

Yeah, I feel like early on they tried to make her look older with the dark tan and heavy makeup, so much so that she actually looks younger now by comparison.

Imo lot of Japanese women tend to reach their peak later on in their lives. I see a lot of beautiful Japanese women in their 30s and 40s where I work, and it seems even better in mainland Japan.

Was this her first concert? It was 95. Seriously. Look at her. How freaking young(though not as young as she looks now). I was just looking up old videos and came across this. Even though I'm not a fan of Super Monkeys, I couldn't help but watch the entire thing. Though I do have to say I'm so happy the 90's are over. When I think of 90's music, I will forever think of this concert. xD

ALARM is very different - most of the bass is gone and the bridge is modified and has added effects. Which is why I prefer the single version.

"NEVER END" and "I WILL" are the save as the LOVE ENHANCED versions, but are cut short. Likewise, "Wishing On The Same Star" is the same as the single version, but is cut short as well.

Well there must be a reason why she stated on an interview " 25th anniversary I will be turning 40, it'll be great if I can still do this." So there must be some kind of physical limitation that could get worse with age. Who knows what that could be??.

Whe she says "t'll be great if I can still do this." that doesn't mean only physical limitations. There's a lot of things to consider: when I reach my 25th anniversary will I still be interested in being a singer? Will the public still be interested in me? Will I still be able to connect with the music industry in a way that satisfies me? Will other non-music related projects appears in my life? Will my life interests be different?

So you see, a lot can change in a year, so when you reach a milestone like that, you really need to evaluate everything in your life, I guess.
