Im not sure that's quite it--for the third disc, rather than a digest of all the tours, it seems like you can pick from the ones that are listed...Sapporo, Nagoya, Tokyo, etc.

If that's true I don't know how in the hell they're ever going to make that work

It seems we are getting:
Disc 1: The Tokyo Dome Final Concert - 30 Songs + MC
Disc 2: The 25th Anniversary Okinawa Concert - Complete Concert (We'll finally get to see the complete concert, including the songs that were cut from the WOWOW broadcast)

Disc 1+2 will be the same across all versions.

Disc 3 is concert footage from a specific dome, but all edited differently by different directors.
The Nagoya Dome footage is edited by a western director, and so this concert footage is more geared towards the tastes of international fans.
The Fukuoka Dome footage was edited by a female director, and I believe this version will focus on Namie.
The Sapporo Dome footage is edited by a director who specializes in working with idol groups, so the footage here will probably be great in showcasing the dynamic between her and her dancers.
The Osaka Dome footage is edited by a director who specializes in showcasing dance, so it'll probably definitely show off her choreography more.
And The Tokyo Dome footage seems to be edited by a director who will be focusing on "enriching the emotions felt between Namie and her fans".

I'm interpreting from Google Translate haha so that may or may not be entirely accurate haha.

The cover will depend on which of the 5 versions you decide to get.

Amazon has a special bonus of a vertical desktop calendar.

In case it wasn't immediately apparent, the Tokyo option for Disc 3 is from her run of performances there in May, over Golden Week...not just a different cut of the final June concerts
