A bit disappointed for the goods tbh. Really can't understand the reason for using such pop(?) typeface on Japonesque towel and longsleeve shirt. The stick light also too simple and boring when compared to the original japonesque's one. Hope I will be more into the goods when seeing them physically.

Maybe because she don’t copy the tour 1:1, instead changed it up with newer tracks which totally fit that pop(?)type of goods...

I also expected more from the goods. I still love the japonesque long shirt and the black cherry shirt which haven’t been uploaded yet tho

Wasn't Japonesque an album that combined western with japanese sound/looks. I think that is where this comes from.

Yep! "Reminiscent of the artistic style of Japonism". That's why I really liked the t-shirt, like a type of urban font with the origami crane, it's all super cute.

I think she's re-doing in another interpretation. Original goodies were very Japanese-like but not much western. Now she's mixing things up a bit more. And I think both work

Yes, and on a broader scale Japonesque also means the Japanese influence on Western art in general.
I remember Kuu saying something about the album that she observes how K-Pop gets popular all over the world and that she wants to remember how Japan did that before and there's still great music made there, something along the lines back then.

Her approach now is a more modern one while back in 2013 the goods were more traditional like already mentioned.
That pop font and the whole design is very anime-like or also reminiscent of the Japanese fashion subcultures e.g. in Harajuku (Kawaii Monster Café anyone?).
Plus all those Japanese references like the paper crane and the rising sun made into a popular band shirt design from the West.
Reminds me of the Japanese pop culture boom in the '90s and early 2000's. That's probably the reason the other part has a newspaper style ( and btw. it is French and it makes sense, thanks LiDaYu. )

I'm surprised no 1 commented about this yet but when I saw the Black Cherry stick light , design wise it reminded me of a telescope which's something that pirates tend to use isn't it ?

I don't agree with some of the re(LIVE) concert goods especially the T-shirt designs , I thought they could have better

I personally like the bottle + bottle cap , it's cute

Not only that, you can also see on the pictures that the lightstick is extendable, just like a real telescope is.
And the JAPONESQUE one has something in the upper right corner and I'm not sure what that's for ( you can see on the pictures it's not a light).

I do wonder why they made the bodies clear and not in red and blue when the light isn't on.

Looks like some sort of hanger clip or it's just part of the stick light design itself ?

At 1st I thought it could be another section of the stick light that you can hang the strap from but it doesn't make sense

Idk, maybe it's just something for the lights to reach the outer parts of the fan, but maybe it also has another function. We will see when the description is up on mu-mo next week!
