Enjoying the discussion here! Unfortunately I can't contribute much because I've only been able to listen through FEAR once, but I find it interesting you guys have brought up the lyrics because this is not the first time I've heard this about LOVE+FEAR. A friend who is a die hard Marina fan told me that she keeps oversimplifying her lyrics.

relmy, what about Orange Trees had you confused?

Also, thank you message included in the album, with a blurb at the bottom dedicated to the fans(she even put a dedication to her cats

I was confused by how simple and lyrically uninspired it was! For something that was meant to be about the joy and beauty of going to your family home it was... bland.

Yes I understand!! If she hadn't explained on social media, I never would have been able to tell it was about a special place to her.

Marina announced tour dates in West-Europe and I am happy to say I will see her on November 11th in Tilburg.
It's quite a small venue, means more chances to get close to the stage. I really can't wait!

Sorry but the acoustics are very lack-lusting. I was hoping she would do like the sessions with Electra Heart. The Lies acoustic still hits me hard everytime. Such an amazing arrangement.

Despite not being very fond of the new acoustics, I am super duper enjoying the video for Superstar Acoustic. It's very beautiful + I am startin' to enjoy this acoustic because of it.

I really have to catch up on watching the acoustic MVs.

BUT WHAT I CAME HERE TO SAY:

I found some "out take" tracks on youtube which I'm guessing were cut from LOVE + FEAR. They've been posted on youtube within the past few months from unofficial channels, I'm so surprised because I didn't know about them!

I know we've had demos from her older albums, but I was not expecting anything from LOVE+FEAR.

In addition to the ones posted, there is one other song called Water Under the Bridge, but there has been no leak of it.

Don't know if you guys had the chance to come across the new PV posted last night on Youtube by error and made private few minutes after.

Purge The Poison is SO GOOD. Like The Family Jewels meets FROOT.
Cringe lyrics though but we were to expect them haha...
I really liked Man's World and it was a welcomed change after the LOVE+FEAR era. But this one is a step closer to what makes her great.
The PV in itself is really cheap but in a good way! They did wonders.

It premieres in few hours :

no I had the same vibe, but also agree on FJ meets FROOT.
