Kalen Anzai cast as Ayu in the drama adaptation of "M 愛すべき人がいて"

yup she definitely had similar hairstyles to what Kalen's using in the promo pic. especially in her peak. didn't understand when people said ayu never had it considering she had a great variety of hairstyles during her career, including that one. so far I think they are doing a good job, like someone said if they wanted the main character to look exactly like ayu they would have her do it. so I think it's fine that Kalen doesn't look exactly like her.

Usually when Ayu had that style (ST02, RAINBOW) it was a bit less thick at the ends. The one Kalen looks a bit wiggy by comparison.

true, but I don't think it needs to look exactly like ayu's? if it reminds me of her it's okay lol
