A new PV for Suki de, Suki de, Suki de ~Urusei Yatsura Collaboration Version~ is out, basically is an AMV, but it has images from the manga. In the description it says that Kumi has been a fan of the story and that she likes Ramu-chan, and some other things.

this amv is such a stupid reason to cancel the FC edition preorders for 2 reasons I can think of atm. Firstly, my cousin owns this series. She bought the series here in Canada years ago so it was released internationally. Two, the AMV is already on YouTube for people to watch globally.

Kuu's three photobooks are being released for digital purchase starting today!
November 6th Maroc, November 17th KODA KUMI LIVE TOUR 2009 ～TRICK～ photo collection and Novemver 24th Brazil for 2200 Yen each (without tax) on all e-book stores like amazon, Rakuten kobo, Sevennet and so on.
News is out everywhere, e.g. here.

Also a new round of Kloop goods for Round 1 game centers are being released on Kuu's birthday November 13th:


Regarding the new Suki de MV and the FC edition - well, rights for the manga might not be cheap or even the mangaka Rumiko Takahashi herself might have a say in this, how it's going to be monetised (ok on youtube, but not ok for avex to make bigger money through it with a release worldwide?).
Takahashi is one of the most famous Japanese mangaka in Japan and one of the richest Japanese persons altogether...
Great collab for Kuu tho as it's a wide known and popular old manga.

She picked Suki de for it as the lyrics fit the best to the story.
Kuu directly worked with Rumiko Takahashi for this and Takahashi thinks Suki de is a powerful and fitting ballad.

Guess they might have worked on this collab for a longer time and now that it was made possible they simply put it on the next release being out as a special, lol.

As a Kuu fan for quite a long time , this's a mixed bag of emotions on this matter

It feels as though avex overlooks the fact that Kuu have fans outside of Japan , not just domestically in the country

Joining any artiste's fanclub , it's supposed to be a good happy thing

But when you're unable to buy the fanclub releases due to wide variety of reasons while you're in the fanclub itself , it contradicts why you join the fanclub in the 1st place

If you're not in the fanclub but you couldn't do that , then that's different

True & if it's a 1 off thing then ok that probably could be overlooked

Two years in a row and her team is having problems with overseas copyrights... never would expect that from an artist with almost 20 years of career. I mean assuming they didnt know beforehand and simply do not care about overseas fans.
