Absolutely—I’d say even up until 2004, tbh.

Free & Easy stands out to me as being an extremely well produced video. Like, I can’t believe a Japanese pop artists is responsible for that video.

It feels so non-jpop but also very jpop at the same time lol. The early 2000s really were Japan’s peak creative period lol
