So, it sounds like if you miss the TA lottery, you need to get lucky with a ticket through AnyPASS re-sale just a few days before the concert? lol this is crazy. I guess I could book my trip to Japan when there's a few dates, don't plan on making it to her tour this year, and then just cross my fingers I get a ticket while I'm there + change my hotel and transport plans...
