Shota will release his new song Syrup digitally next Wed on 16th April

Shimizu will release a new single titled "Syrup" on April 16. The track is a love song that samples "Yellow Jacket," a piece by Shaun Martin, a producer who was one of Shimizu's musical influences and who tragically passed away in August of last year. The song reflects everyday conflicts and moments experienced by couples. Shimizu is also working on a new album, and a staff-run Instagram account has been created for updates.
