Ayu's House/Apartment?

We don't hear much about Ayu's housing....maybe she doesn't return home often? But then where would she sleep? I never think of Ayu returning home, throwing the keys on the kitchen counter, and collapsing on the bed! THat seems so...un-Ayu.
And don't Ayu's neighbors know they're living next to her? If I was Ayu's neighbor, I'd be extatic!
