well when you have CDs that just sit there and not get sell, they will do that

there are places that can't get ayu CDs to sell, just bad location or what not

Yeah, I think that was the case. I was there about a month ago and they had the same singles priced at $10.00, so I decided I'd wait on them and sure enough they got marked down to $1.00 a month later.
