Nana Katase's [RELOADED] out: 03.02.2005

If this hasn't been mentioned already, Nana Katase will have two new releases out on 03.02.2005. A compilation album featuring the tracks from her singles (available in both CD and CD+DVD versions), and a 2 Disc DVD collection of her PV's plus a special interview on the first disc and what appears to be a Live at Velfarre and the second part of the special interview on the second disc. The three cover images are kind of plain (considering her past album/single covers) The theme appears to be "Secretary" or "Office worker" or something like that. So yeah, I just wanted to share with everyone...

Does YesAsia have the wrong name, as it has a G.A.L.A.X.Y -Perfect Singles- listed?

It's a shame this is so expensive. I've heard a couple of the songs and they were good, but I can't really make myself spend that much money when I don't know whether the rest of the songs and the PVs will be worth it.

I posted about this a while back. I' excited Nana's putting out something new after a year of nothing, but I'm kinda sad it's just a best-of. I hope she's not ending her singing career.

I'm looking foward to these releases too, but even though it's not a new original album being released, or a new single, I just think about this the same way I thought about hitomi's SELF PORTRAIT & TIARTROP FLES CDs: "Yay! Now I don't have to go out and buy all those singles to get the b-side songs!" (TIARTROP FLES) and the track listing on SELF PORTRAIT wasn't bad either, even though I already owned huma-Rhythm and thus had some of the songs, the other stuff was new to me.
With Nana, I only have the TELEPATHY CD+DVD version album and the EXTENDED CD+DVD version mini-album, however that one is R3, not R2 so i've only seen the stuff on it once since the DVD player on the computer only lets you change the region so many times. Good thing I like to procrastinate as much as I do and have yet to get any Nana Katase CD+DVD version singles, i'm sure just buying the Perfect Visuals DVD will turn out much cheaper than if I had bought all the singles together.

So when I think of the money i'll be saving, I don't feel quite as sad about the fact that there isn't any new material being released.

Yeah, I really want 'Perfect Visuals' AND all of her CD+DVD singles (but there're only three, I think; the others are CD-only) and her two albums. I'm slowly working way up to a complete Nana collection. She's so awesome. <3

I'm excited about this as well! I'm a big fan of Nana, and have been wondering when she would be releasing something. Maybe by my birthday/Christmas I'll be able to afford this. I've only seen her Necessary PV, and it was so cute! I'd love to see the others someday.

Her avex site has 30-second clips of most of her videos. They're not the best quality, but they give you an idea of what to expect. =b

I really want the Perfect Visuals DVD, but I don't think I'd want to spend $70 on a PV collection. Japanese stuff is TOO expensive. =\
