Hey ! A friend of mine has received an answer concerning the 4th DVD ...Unfortunatly I cannot deliver any clue concerning what he said because he was so angry he trashed this mail !
 Negotiations are on the way between the distributor and Yesasia. But it seems that the distributor is making troubles to Yesasia for delivering this 4th DVD to customers. It's a question of Label : If the distributor give a label to Yesasia, They know they will be some that will be shipped outside Japan. So for the moment, no label to yesasia allowed (ouchh) (even for japanese customers) Negotiations aren't finished yet ...let see. I wonder if someone has the mailing address of the distributor...  It seems that you must pick up the 4th DVD at the shop you have bought the set. Is it true ? All this story makes me sick .  PS : I don't want to launch some rumours so take the information with precaution because I just report what a friend said. I just want to know if someone can affirm this information by a similar answer for Yesasia. I dont like to post unverified informations so feel free to cancel my post if it's totally false

Btw you guys... avex kind of "screwed" us by only offering 68 min. of footage on CDL 2001-2002. This is like almost half of the concert cut out!! Avex shoudl have given buyers backstage footage or something to make up for the loss of concert footage.

Here is my story :
I was worried because even I have pre ordered the boxset Yesasia hadn't update the status of the order until now. always " sourcing from suppliers" so I decide this morning to ask them what is happening with this article....Below is the response : With reference to your email dated Feb 6, 2003, I would like to inform you that as confirmed by our Japanese suppliers, Avex Japan has decided to postpone the captioned item because they are currently manufacturing the first and last batch of items which will NOT be reproduced again and they want to ensure the best quality to be produced. Please kindly be informed that the tentative release date will fall on Feb 19, 2003 which may still be subject to change. Please kindly accept our sincere apology if any inconvenience has been caused. Should you have any further inquiry or comment, please do not hesitate to contact us. i'm amazed because a friend of mine has pre ordered same boxset the same day as me .. and now he has confirmation it's shipped  . Gosh, this news is so bad. How cheap on Yesasia's part! If the website promised a 4th DVD, then it should get with the program and make sure that they have the products that they are promising! This is absolutely absurd. I can't afford this boxset, and now I am very glad for that.
Concerning the dome tour 2001 concert, I have a skyperfect tv taped version, which is wonderful, because is doesn't cut out ANYTHING. All the waiting just makes the concert so much more fun. It's almost like you are there. There's even a part when Ayu's guitarists play the American national anthem, which I bet is cut out in the Avex version. I highly recommend getting a taped video of the concerts from Ebay whenever you can. They are much cheaper with nice quality.

A call to Yesasia Hong Kong Office revealed that the oversea version of the boxset will be out next week.
As for the coupon for this oversea version, the sales was unable to comfirm on the arrangement for 4th disc (CDL 02-03) coupon. But she said that if the supplier do supply the 4th disc, they will ship it to customers also.
