The first one is the box for the limited edition, the second is the normal edition, the 3rd is the Single V or the DVD with the music video, an alternate music video and the making of on it, and the 4th is the cover of the Limited Edition inside the box.

actually, it's the second one that's the limited edition box and the first one that's the regular edition!
