Chances are she'll get picked up by another lable, I wouldnt worry about it.
Im confused about the comments about Lidnsay Lohan, if you heard her songs they arent bubble gum pop (I dont like her songs btw)....and nothing anymore is bubble gum pop so I dont know why that would play into the equation. Isnt the market driven by Rock (rock-pop) and Rap/R&B acts anyway?
