The amount spent really doesn't matter to me. Most of her PVs seem about the same budget-wise, and what matters is the art, cinematography and story of this. PVs are all about being visually appealing so that the song brings a good image of the PV to the consumers who buy the music products.

I really don't care much about the PVs. I actually prefer not to see PVs so I can visualize the singer and the setting myself, and not be swayed in whether or not I like a song just because it has a good or bad PV..

Oddly enough though, the CAROLS PV made me like the song more...><;
