i decided that i want to really take care of my cds now and wrap my cds because importing is so expensive and anyways, where do u buy those plastic wraps?

Maybe you should keep your CDs in the plastic cover when you buy them.
And if you already throw those out, I'm not sure where you can get those...

I think she means the plastic covers that come on Japan issued CD's. We don't have them in the US, so if you live here you won't find them. I've never seen them on sale in Asia either, though.

He means those re-sealable plastic wrap that holds a CD, similar to shrink wrap except you can reseal it. If you brought I am.../Memorial Address Jpn version, they came with those resealable plastic wrapper.

I think they were avaible in Europe cause my cousin had some from germany for his cds
