Erm, at first I got a few of Ayu's songs off of Mp3 rotation sites and a few from Kazaa. But then I just went out and bought all of her albums, so I only download the newest singles. Which I get from here. =^.^= Then I just buy the next album. I don't really mass download her music anymore.

I used Napster back in the day. I actually campaigned as much as I could to keep it going... I signed every petition I could and wrote a letter to the head peeps that were shutting it down, all beecause of Ayu. But now I use WinMX or this site. I usually end up buying every new single/album, so it all works out.
And, if you're wondering, I don't listen to Metallica anymore

Wow, old topic, but as hard as it is to find mp3s anymore, it is still relevant i guess.

I, like jennie mae, used napster. (Even talked on my old ayu news LJ, which i had before i took over at Clubayu, about songs & search terms that got blocked. for awhile searching "ayu-mi-x" didn't get you anything at all)... i found a few things at scour.net, oshima mp3, and later gkcombi, soulseek, and then jpmp3.com... soulseek is now useless because everyone in the japanese music room are elitist jerks and there aren't any jmr-specific members that you KNOW you can get new stuff from anymore.

Downloading from IRC doesn't work for me, so no #nipponsei, DC++ for linux just doesn't work for some reason (you can't search for anything ~_~), so that's a no... i pretty much only get my mp3s from the very short-lived downloads at forums anymore, which is depressing.

And (just as a funny sidenote) I still listen to metallica, but i don't buy their cds. I download mp3s. XD!!

I initially got most of my Ayu songs and PVs through Kazaa. And that was before I had a cable connection. So it'd take like... a day to download an entire video... *has flashbacks*
