He has been guitarist in Dué le Quartz for 2 years or so. But he was more popular than the singer so they broke up and he is solo since 2002. 2002- 2004 as indie artist, with Universal as a label his popularity graduates! I think he is on a good way to be more popular than Gackt in the future!

Eh, this post sux in english!

Yeah, galyuu rulez! But I'm not sure if I like more gagaku/miyavizm. Well, Nozomare nu Baby if my favorite song of all the time, but I love Girls, be ambitious and Coinlockers Baby. Its hard to decide.

My favourite album has got to be "Galyuu" and then "Gagaku" i wasn't all that impressed with "MYV-ISM" to be honest, i thought it was weak and pretty un-creative. To be honest that goes with all of his recent singles as well. though i did think that "are you ready to rock?" was an amazingly good song.

I would recommed the same like Princess of Roses + "Shindemo Boogie-Woogie" and "POP is dead" - his debut.

*bump*

What was your first impression of Miyavi when you first:
a) heard his music
b) saw him
----------------------------------

a) It was different to anything i'd ever heard before. I thought of it (and still think of it) as fresh, fun, energetic
b) what amazing fashion sense and great hair style

A)I thought it was a really unique sound to it. it was "POP is dead" and there was something so insanely catchy about it, and the rawness of his voice really attracted me to him. I thought he had a really nique sound going for him.

B)I thought he was a really really attractive guy. He had amazing hair and the most amazing clothing style i'd ever seen.

I happened to listne to his music before i actually knew it was the same 'miyabi' from due le quartz.
