and i can't believe on this...
i've never been contected by the company responsible for the game, never!
i'll check my previous notes and emails to have sure, but i think i'd remember if i had given permission for using my work in a game.

this is not a simple case, like taking the image to make a wallpaper or something...
it's a game and they are selling many copies using my work (well, it's a small part of it in, but it still is my work!) and i should, at least, have been contacted and have my name published in the credits.
