Definitely not yet. Maybe one day she'll release enough singles to have the record for most number of singles released by any singer, given the rate the she's been going on for her entire career. Sales-wise, however, is a pipe dream.

She is the best selling female artist in all of japan's history.
She is together with one more artist I can't remember the only one that had a remix album in number one.

thats what i said too...but no one notices comments like these.

obviously, if ayumi is not in the guiness book its cause she doesn't want to be there, not because she hasn't done anything worthy of being in it.
