After listening to it for a while, I'm pretty sure he's saying, "Are you ready for the drop." I don't think he is saying "Ayu ready." You can really hear the "r" in "Are." I think this remix is pretty funny because the beginning of it they played before Ayu sang "Unite!" in Dome Tour 2001. Did anyone else notice that?
