I just bought the Mika Nakashima's Oborozukiyo - Inori (overseas version) and I want to know if this is the same tracklisting for the Japanese Mini-Album (I think it might be, but I'm not sure...)

^I hope you do. The Japanese one is already out of print. does anybody know if there are any differences between the japanese ver. and the overseas ver.?

The packaging is different. The Japan version comes in a box packaging, and the OS as you have it, comes in a glossy slipcase. Which is surprisingly good for a Taiwanese press, considering they usually love covering half the cover with promotional text, and this one has none at all.
