BigAyuFan: Ummm... I think you have your "The Bodyguard"s confused. She most likely means the Whitney Houston movie from 1992, about a singer who falls in love with her bodyguard, not the Thai one you seem to have seen the trailer for (which only came out 2 years ago o_o).

All three are rather depressing pieces of film.

immel: it's not random, it's the one they had on her official site for a long time. (which was later found to be full of quite a bit of crap that mr. kaz wrote to make ayu more marketable, but having "betty blue" on there would lead me to believe that the fave movies are real, at least)

wait thats a Thai movie??they said Tokyo and parts of it sounded Japanese. And it dosent seem like a 2 year old movie.it looked REALLLY old because of the darkness and bad fake blood and arm.
.........i thought about that too but i just thought this one might be closer because it was Japanese and me guessing that Ayu in her younger age i didnt know if she knew alot of english so i guessed it was that one.
it could be either one.

Ayu doesn't need to know english to be able to watch films in english, because they are translated and are either dubbed or have subtitles, just like when someone who speaks english watches movies from a country that has a different language
