Right now, BoA, Kuu, and Oni (Chihiro Onitsuka) have my heart with Ayu. Mika could be a contender, as could Hikki if her earlier albums grow on me (love EXODUS and ULTRA BLUE). Shimatani's had two really good albums, but she's a tad forgettable (and GATE~scena III~ sucked). Lovely woman, though, with a very beautiul voice.
Do As Infinity? Need to get back into them. I'm gaga over Shinjitsu no Uta, though, and Greatful journey. (Solo Tomiko isn't bad either) I've only heard Namie's Queen of Hip-Pop (LOVE) and I think Concentration 20 (ewwwwwwwww). CAN'T EAT, CAN'T SLEEP, I'M SICK is mega fun too. hitomi... err... we'll see. [shallow]I don't like looking at her[/shallow], her voice bugs, but she has some great songs. We'll just have to see.
