(repost) pv's for new album,what do you think of them? What songs should of had pv's?

Hi,

I was just wanting to know if everyone likes the one she did make. If you do or don't say why? Also I was wondering what new songs you all think should of had pv's? What do you think the should of been like?

Startin - Great,love it. Best pv on the album. Would of been better without the dancers rubbing and
touching all over her and her with the guy at the beginning.

Born to be.. - Great. Too many lights though. I can't see her!

BLUE BIRD - One of her best summer pv's.

Beautiful Fighters - The cutest pv she has done. I love it.

JEWEL - Just plane beautiful, but more different shots of her.

1 LOVE - It was great. The pole dancing wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I still don't really like it thought. It just isn't like her. I don't like seeing ayumi use as a sex object.

momentum - I like it but to me the song and the pv don't really seem to go together.
I don't think this one should of have been a video.

I think that all of the rest of the song would be great pv's.

Startin'

THought it was pretty cool. Different than any of her previous videos, and accentuates the playfulness and sexiness of the song.

Born to Be..

Diden't really think this was anything special. It diden't leave any particular impression at all really.

BLUE BIRD

I Love the composition of this song, however the PV was less than impressive. It's rather boring and doesen't do anything for the music. I diden't find it very entertaining or interesting to watch, but it's not downright bad.

Beautiful Fighters

I liked the PV a lot, it builds up under the main point of the song and leaves a feel good feeling. Not the most excitinv PV, but that also fits the song quite well (=P). And ayu looks really good and cute in it.

JEWEL

I LOVE this video and I thought it was going to be my favourite of the year. Like it has been mentioned, it's not very exciting or deep or interesting, but the pure beauty makes it worthwhile watching, and in that way it's a bit similar to forgiveness which also is one of my favourite videos. All in all I also think it fitted the song well, it was calm and soothing.

1LOVE

This PV was arguably better than some of the ones from the prereleased songs, but still it's not one of her best. It seemed a little chaotic, visually it's not that interesting either.

Along with JEWEL, this is my favourite of the year. It surprised me like no ayu-PV ever did. I got goose-bumps when I suddenly realised she was a ghost. =P It's got everything I expect from my favourite ayu-PVs, beauty, hidden messages, a plot and accentuating the emotions of the song. PVs of hers that have similar effect on me are ENdless Sorrow and moments.

Also her winter coat looks amazing!

I think kiss o kill should've gotten a PV and also perhaps untill that day. I don't think BTB neede a PV.

Startin' - Not all that great; sadly one of the reasons why I didn't like the song at first. It was all just too cheesy.

Born To Be... - I like it. I like the lights. I don't need to constantly see Ayu. I know how she looks.

BLUE BIRD - Sucks. All I saw was random jumping and a boat, along with people eating. Yay. e__e

Beautiful Fighters - A pv that potheads would enjoy. But I am not a pothead.

JEWEL - I really like this pv. It captures winter perfectly and has some great shots of Ayu.

1 LOVE - The best pv of the year. Ayu was great, the setup was great, and I just loved the random people being put up for auction.

momentum - I don't much care for this pv. Bland. The ending's interesting, though.

The only song that I think should have gotten a pv would be kiss o' kill. As much as I hate the song, I think a good pv could be made out of it.

honestly, to me, i think momentum sounds like a KOTOKO song (VERY ANIME'ISH), i luv the PV and the song, but it doesn't sound like a song that would have a PV.

after watching the making, i find it really rreally cool! and BLACK Ayu is gorgeous...it defintely is interesting but not the best in the DVD..its new for sure for Ayu fans (purely)

Im thinking its actually about having a BRIGHT FUTURE kidna thingy...so its bright...the making makes it a lot better i feel...you can see whats going on...and gosh, its WHITE LIGHT...you can't even see her in the first place coz whne u take videos/photos in front of a light, the object is just black or dark...

i think its a vacation video..rather than a PV..but they still did it..haha..i think its ok...fun to watch Ayu enjoying relaxing during work

This is probaly one of the better PVs for the single songs..the meaning is obvious and AYu is cute and the whole hting is funny..So i like it

i jsut watched it today..and GOSH, its AWESOME!..she is so beautiful and everything in there is beautiful! Its 100% Eye Candy. its just about Beauty..
im thinking the meaning is "Everything around you i precious, Treasure them"
The bird Ayu is elegant and that dress is so pretty!

Very gd plot..very original..Ayu definitely pole danced to an Ok standard..not over the top and not just swirling around..The MASK is very nice..bascially i think this PV is about plot with lots of meaning..
What can i say, DARK PVs ROCK! (though they can get strange...About You)

BEST PV in this album! It shocked me at the last part! I knew the story before i watched it but the way they crushed her was OMGosh! Everything is wonderful in this..but she shouldnt have started crying at the start...maybe halfway...the Candle AYu was so nice...(the lighting candle part)...the meaning is defintely there and GREAT PLOT! the way they put out the candel was very nice and smooth too

after the watching the making, it just feels better...She DID cry so i m really touched coz of the feelings she put into it..and the set! gosh, its so realistic! everything in this PV is like so real!


I think either kiss or until should get a PV...
Kiss- should have the innocent children theme she was talking about..and its a dark PV for sure...
until- BRIGHT with crazy lights and stuff..coz its just crazy...a better version of evolution PV would be ok too..haha

I didn't like it from the start, I still don't. Sure it's different, it's a lot of work put down on it, Ayumi is pretty, but it did not appeal to me. Not with a big N.

Born To Be...
I liked this one better than Startin', even though I looked at Startin' more times because there was more to look at. Still incredibly boring and bright.

momentum
Extremely beautiful, this PV is great, especially so the discussion around it. The ending gave it some extra feel. It's still a little mystifying to me.

1 LOVE
Best PV of 2006. It was horrible and the ending was likewise. Ayu swinging around the pole gave it some extra spice, even though I didn't find her the main feature of the PV.

BLUE BIRD
Boring but acceptable as a PV.

Same as above.

Boring, but the beauty made up for it. Nice PV.

I would love to have seen PVs from kiss o' kill, until that Day... yeah, basically all the other album tracks.

Startin' - Boring song, boring PV. I don't like the song.. at all, therefore, I don't like the PV.

Born to Be.. - blinding lights but the song is a lot better than Startin'.

BLUE BIRD - jumpy-ish PV but still quite boring though a lot better than the above two.

Beautiful Fighers - very very boring and disappointing. I think the PV would have been a LOT better if Ayu acted all the clumsy girls there instead of using her not so pretty dancers to play the role.

JEWEL - an absolute visual satisfaction. Basically a lovely PV, far better than her single PVs.

momentum - Very pretty and gloomy. Love the incessant symbolism throughout the whole PV, it's an absolute love <333

1 LOVE - Dark and peculiar PV. The clown and masks reminds me of alterna.. I still don't really understand the PV but it's still really really great.

Basically, her album PVs are by far better than any of her single PVs, which is awfully odd.

I think Secret and It was should have had PVs.
