I'm kinda disappointed with Hikki's vocals. She gives me the impression she doesn't get any technical tranining and that her singing skills barely moved anywhere from where they were around her debut, when she was basically a self-professed 'singer'. She could pull it off in the studio when singing R'n'B, currently she can still pull it off in the studio, but when she's performing live, she seems to be really exhausting her throat. At the moment, I'm pretty sure that Hamasaki is technically a better singer than Hikki.

I agree. I miss songs like Addicted to You and Exodus '04 that Hikki you to make. Don't get me wrong love Hikki's new style but I'm ready for to go back to her R&B roots.

I like your comment. I love both of those albums especially First Love which is my fave j-pop album of all time. I think Hikki sounded really good on her Precious album too especially in "Close to You"

If it's supposed to be the song that's the insert song for the second season of Hana yori Dango, it's not fast paced. Though I have a feeling the song might be called "Flavor of Life" because she keeps saying it in the song, but that's just a guess.
