Just barely wet. It shouldn't be dripping at all. Wring it out as much as you possibly can before wiping the cd with it. You'll know it's the right amount of wet when you wipe the CD with it, and it leaves a trail of water on there, but it evaporates almost immediately.

Oh cool. I never knew that you could do that with CDs. I always thought you had to treat them like electronics, and never mix them with water. I'll try it out when I have time, hopefully I don't use too much water and wreck my CDs .
