I have the same problem. I asked them and they said because I'm paying through paypal they won't let me split the shipment so I'm still waiting for my copy of Party Queen :'(

I sent them the link and text from the ViVi site and said that since it's postponed til who knows when could they refund the difference as credit. I'll let you know what the response is! I've been a YA customer for years now, spent a lot of money with them - if I can convince them, you should have another try!

I placed this order hoping that "Hamasaki Ayumi -LIFE STYLE BOOK" was going to be released on March 23 after it was delayed from an initial release date of December 31. It was postponed to March 31 and I was happy to keep the order and wait the few days longer til it was released.

But this morning I looked at ViVi's website (http://vivi.tv/info/news20120315.html) and saw this message about the book:

The book that I ordered has been indefinitely postponed, so I would like to make some changes to this order so it doesn't sit in your warehouse forever!

I would like to REPLACE the LIFE STYLE BOOK with a copy of B1A4 Vol. 1 - Ignition (US$22.99) and have the difference made into credit for my next YesAsia purchase.

When the LIFE STYLE BOOK gets a final release date, I intend to re-order it, but at the moment, 4 of the 5 items in this order are in waiting to be shipped, the 5th is unknown and since I placed the order, the B1A4 album came up for preorder, which I would also like to buy!

Please let me know if this exchange is possible and if there is a list for people wanting to know when LIFE STYLE BOOK becomes available again. I definitely want to buy it, but just a bit later when it's going to come out on time.

Thanks a lot! I've been a customer for YesAsia for a long time, so I hope this exchange will be possible.

^Hope you can convince them. I ordered the book with another item as well, and they have been holding that item for a long time. Don't know if they are willing to split and ship the item first.

So the LIFE STYLE BOOK is postponed indefinitely? If that's case I really should try convince them to cancel my order and refund me the money.

They did the changeover for me The book still shows up in the order, but is listed as "cancelled", plus B1A4's album is in there now, too! ^_^

I don't think they've turned the leftover $8 or so into credit, but apparently partial refunds are applied after the order is shipped. Try contacting them again using the same quote that I did in Japanese, they've possibly not received "official" confirmation yet, but they could push it through for you with the update from ViVi!

So after you contacted them saying you wanna change to B1A4's album, did they email you back? And did YA confirm that they will give you back the difference in store credit? I might wanna contact them as well. Thanks!

Say that you want the money from cancled book in YA credits, that may help, because it shows them that you want the spent the money still in their shop^^

They cancelled my order of the book. It didn't course any problems with my other order

i know people in YA and they say you can just cancel the LIFESTYLE BOOK and get refund as they also dont have any idea on the release date.

I don't mind keeping it in my order, the money is still on my credit card, I just wonder if, let's say, the book will be released but will get much more expensive, then will they charge me more on yesasia? I wouldn't like them to take 50$ off my credit card, I hope I will be able to cancel if the price appears to be higher.

Yesasia this morning emailed me that the shipment of the lifestyle book will be postponed until 30 Apr..
then this afternoon, they emailed me again and it's been completely cancelled.

Seem like the same as the past photo book.
Either it's not being released anymore or YA just got fed up for postponing the item again n again
