Listened to most of JACK IN THE BOX. I don't get why they don't do something more different and exciting when they go solo. AAA could have done most of the songs...better.

I totally lost interest in all things J-Pop and just saw on twitter that Nissy had a DOME concert. Oh, my, I'm so out of the loop. Nissy is selling out Tokyo Dome....where the heck have the last few years gone to? I never would've guessed.

Sorry if I asked this before, but what's with AAA members doing solo projects recently - and for EVERY single (still active) member??? I understand Urata Naoya has been doing this for years, but we're seeing an increase in AAA solo activites over the past few months or so, in addition to whole-group AAA activities.

^Naoya isn't the only one who started his solo career years ago. SKY-HI released its first single in 2013 and Nissy in 2014.
My bet is the band's releases help to finance the solo activities. As AAA is being on the skids with the departure of Chiaki, they know it won't last forever and it's better to start a solo career now if they want to continue their life in music world. That's why the rest of the members set it going now.
