Similar pose as "My Story", but this one seems more relax and refreshing. Ayu's cover is becoming more womanly these days. Still... a good cover.

I think they mean that she used to be all girly and 'omg <3'. I think you could sort of sum it up as the 'AUDIENCE' cover.. but then most of her covers are quite mature.

As a person though, she's becoming more of a woman instead of this 'omg pop idol girl' :] As she ages though, she's becoming really beautiful.. amazing~ /gasp

It seems that they used footage from the fairyland performance at CDL for the BLUE BIRD preview.. that or they just used PV footage... at the moment though I'm getting the CDTV ep to make sure.

Well I really wasn't expecting to see the PV since that Avex audition thing was scheduled for filming at the end of May. There is no way the PV would be ready for air right now. Which really is kind of disconcerting considering it's not much longer till the single comes out.

Well, actually we still don't know which PV that was for.. it could've been for Beautiful Fighters..

All I know is that previews are likely to come as soon as the website is updated... [which is most likely next week! But only if they follow the distance between Startin; and its layout change closely, then it'll come about 15 days before the release date..] It's not like they'll wait till 6/21 to release the PV like they did for hitomi.. or will they?

I really wonder how much BLUE BIRD will sell, it can sell about any amount. The sales might be really bad like with forgiveness (her 30th single) or maybe the songs appeal to a lot of people and she will make a huge leap. Her sales has been fluctuating quite a lot in the past, I wonder if the current low single sales will stay low or not.

If this single sells about the same amount as Startin'/B&D she is definately in one deep valley of low sales at the moment.

Saying low is really the wrong word for it, what I mean is low for being Ayu, compared to her past sales.

I think this single will do pretty well, since many of the other contenders seem to not sell that well... but the competition that I see is the Suga Shikao guy who has a DEATH NOTE theme song.. I fear for that x.x

Anyways, I think her sales might jump back to their normal selves, but we'll see. Ayu's always surprised us in the end~

[B&D was really too close to (m)u and Startin' sold really bad cause of well, a LOT of reasons, including the fact that they tried to sell it as far from (m)u as they could.. but then that ended up being really.. wow. x.x]

Considering the sales of (m)u is at 850k, having the single sales back at 350-400k~ would seem awesome now. I wonder, will she manage something like that?

I feel it will sell something like 400k copies, of which 300k are the first week. But if I look back at forgiveness I start having my doubt. It's very hard to predict her sales!

The sales of singles right before forgiveness was 500k+, thinking about that it was her 30th single makes me belive it would sell some extra. Apparently it didn't, I think the cover is good looking, maybe the songs didn't appeal to the general CD single buyer.
