Is she really loaded? She did have a divorce. I'm not sure how Japan deals with divorce and alimony, but she did make more than him. In the US, that would mean she would have to pay alimony to keep him in the style he's become accustomed to.

They might have had a pre-nuptial/financial agreement. It would have been smart to make one after her first album, she would have already been rich just from that first part of her career.

I doubt she would have married him with making him sign a pre-nup, no matter if they were in love x infinity. She's a smart person so I think she would have done something to protect her money. Even if there is an agreement to pay him a little bit if they divorced.

Oh yes....something bugs me. You know how EMI said they weren't going to make the next song for the new KH game? Well, my brother found this new extended trailer that's supposedly official, and they have Utada's Sanctuary playing with it. Why why why? It's irritating ><.

^I don't think it was EMI who said they weren't going to do the song I think it was Utada's dad who didn't want her to do the song because Disney didn't pay them well enough. I read it in some interview, can't remember which one though. Sorry

Aw man...if anyone has seen the U.Blog about the Utada Karaoke winners...it makes me so sad that the American winner didn't seem all that "AHHHHHHH I WON" about it...just a casual fan I guess...

^Well I have nothing against it. This One is amazing, Dirty Desire could be a hit easily...hope this is true. It seems a bit unlikely though...
