I barely just picked mine up at the Costa Mesa Kinokuniya (Ugh been so busy) Anyways I payed $20 in total, and
They still have a lot of copies left of the book, so I suggest anybody that still wants to get theirs to stop by and pick it up if your in the area.

They're selling it directly from Japan for the 56 dollar one so I don't think they're -trying- to price gouge.

I just got back from the Kinokuniya in Costa Mesa a while ago and I got the last two copies available. Looks like the book is selling well!

saw it on local kinokuniya for $25.20SGD. A bit expensive I think so didnt buy in the end.
