I would of been much happier with a new mini album, and THEN have an album with all the mini tracks, but have a special case or box where they all could fit into it... and for the final release a best album

me too. if the next release is a compilation or best album i'm gonna be so upset.

we all knew this would happen tho...

LOVE and again were only released as mini-albums so ayu wouldnt lose her strike on singles..... it was obvious that they would be on the next album. =\

Exactly, people were speculating this the moment that LOVE's tracklist came out, if they weren't wise to what Ayu's management was doing by that point then there's really nothing left to say.

On a positive note, since there doesn't seem to be many of them, I'm actually really intrigued by the tracklist, and her music has been great lately so I'm very excited.

I think there's a bit too much hindsight bias. I don't think it was THAT obvious, especially not that they'd both end up on an album.

I still don't think it's that huge of a problem though. Except maybe for people that don't buy singles I suppose. But still. I don't care. I never have these dramatic problems as a fan of ayu and it's a lot easier to enjoy myself.

I agree. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. The writing was on the wall, some people just didn't want to see it for what it was. Even when others kept telling them that the possibility was there for these songs to end up on the album, they didn't take that into consideration and no matter what you said, they couldn't fathom the idea that a "mini-album", which was clearly formatted like a single with instrumentals and remixes, would actually end up on the album. Some of these same people even emphasized the unimportance of the mini-albums being called singles or mini-albums by saying that it didn't matter and they didn't understand why people were making a big deal when this issue was first presented. Now they're saying that they should have been labeled as singles and they're acting brand new about it like no one tried to forewarn them and like they didn't know that she has been trying to avoid releasing "CDs" labeled singles since "Party Queen" (like how she didn't release any physical single for that album either because she didn't want to break her streak. While I can understand their frustration and disappointment (I would be upset if I purchased them too), you can't say people didn't try to warn you.

"lol no hang on to them tracks girl and we'll rent an orchestra for a day and release the results of that in january at a high price, with ****** artwork, boring song choices and we can use those 5 new tracks to pad out a full album the month after, yeah?"
