I keep saying this again and again. alan sounds too bored in it. If she doesn't give an energetic performance for an upbeat song, then I'm not gonna like it. The Engrish saved BRAVE for me because it made the song really catchy. Plus that part with that string instrument and her electronic wailing is nice <3 Swear is just another one of those typical J-Pop Upbeat songs you get everyday.

lol, it's funny because I used to think Swear was her worst single up to date, but now I totally love Swear (the song) and I think it's really cute and I'm not bored at all while listening to it <3

It might not be her best song but it's a great one for sure.

I just think if you guys give Swear a chance you'll love it (and read the translation of the song and you'll enjoy it better).

lol I do agree about the "bored" part. I mean I don't think she sounds bored per se, but maybe her relaxed way of singing the song is giving off that sort of vibe.

But I actually find BRAVE really cheesy lol

It is a cute song! And it's definitely not her best song but I think it fares better than some of her songs that I really hate (forgive my certain degree of biasness here!)
