JEWEL seems pretty but bland to me. Then again, who knows? other disappointing previews have turned out for the better before. I always do end up loving her fall singles. Except appears. And For My Dear... - okay, screw it, most of her fall singles. Hopefully this one will continue that trend, especially since aside from Startin', I've found her music (well, concerning a-sides) to be rather strong this year.

Usually no instrumental = Not on the album for Ayu songs..

^ Right. It was never considered to become an album track in the first place. I think it's good it stayed where it is. Not because it's a bad song. It's a pretty one, but it'd probably feel isolated in "Memorial address". (As does "A Song is born" in "I am..." - at least for me.)
