I believe so.
ちょんなんの写真 can mean both her pics and pics in which ayu is.

The reason I believe she means "pics in which ayu is" is she wrote this:

but as you know she uploaded some random pics just after the first concert in Osaka.

I thought maybe she is doing this today to show the Japanese fans that she really cares about them. The TA entry and the Japanese writing on twitter.
And maybe to tell them that they are also welcome to interact with her on twitter as well..

She is speaking in Japanese because many japanese fans are messaging her in Japanese.

Or some people who are not Japanese still message in Japanese.

It's her native tongue, I don't think there is any reason to be jealous or disappoint about it. She will post in english when she has to.

I'm not so eagerly mad because she doesn't reply me few times..
