I've been following her escapades on FB, and she looks like she's having lots of fun on her promotional tour. So happy for her. She deserves it.

I would say even before that actually. She reversed her downward trend back with Want Me, Want Me or maybe even Girl Talk (that's when you could really start to feel the buzz around her rising again) - it was a pretty steady increase in popularity ever since then; that was already quite a long time ago now so its been really impressive the longevity of her upswing.

I would prefer if Namie didn't have anything to do with Madonna. She is a 'Goddess of Music' in JPop in her own right to me, and that's all I could really ask for as a long time fan of hers.

lol sorry but I just really don't like Madonna or her vocals, but that's just my opinion....some people love her. *shrug*

Anyway, back on topic, I'm sooo happy that Namie is about to reach 400K, what a great anniversary present!

And she looks so cute in that interview picture. I love that she seems so down to earth. I would love to party with Namie at nightclubs!

I'd probably buy it, yeah.

I'm hoping more that Namie re-releases her early concerts on DVD in low-price editions again, though. I really want to get 1996 LIVE AT MARINE STADIUM and Concentration 20 Live in Tokyo Dome but they're out-of-print.

#1 - **5,711 (yesterday)
#2 - **7,134 (today)

Total so far: 383,946

The #1 album of today chart sold only 7,401 copies, so if nothing changes, Namie will probably be #1 for this week too
