Oh man... Van Tomiko would be AWESOME to do a duet with for Ayumi. I think Ayumi's pop voice and Van's rock voice would mesh very well.

BoA would be really good too. Except I'd think she'd try to out-do Ayu.

But I think definately Kaori Mochida would be the best pick. Kaori's voice just soars when she sings certain songs, like "Kiwoku"... and I think if they did a moderate song, they would sound awesome.

I would like to hear her do a song with Dream Theater. It may sound kind of crazy but I could see it working. Maybe not happening but it could definitely work. Maybe DT playing "Evolution" while she sings, that would rock.

definitely not nagase...i don't think his voice will suit ayu's....
i think he's not that talented at all...no offence ppl...
if Enya n Ayu....wow...i can't imagine what it'll sound like..
pop n new age doesn't mix...i think...
but heck...Enya n Ayu will be it...

Seriously...I think Sinead O'Connor would be a nice choice, she's like the potato, you can use her in almost any kind of situation!!!

Heh, and it would fun to hear her sing with that the Boom guy with that deep and distinctive voice...didn't he have a Spanish sounding name? I think he was Japanese-Argentinian or something...

Enya and Ayu could make very special songs! Enya could sing in Irish, Latin and Quënya, and Ayu could sing in Japanese.

Ooooooooh! She really must be as hasbeen. There's only one German artist I've heard of other than rock groups, but I can't remember her name. It's the same woman who did the theme song for the German version of Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon and the English techno remixes for the German version of the show. Haha, that really would be funny to hear German and Japanese together.

That would rock lol. I don't know, it would be interesting to hear her sing with Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin- I remember reading somewhere that she used to listen to that band when she was young, and he definitely has a unique set of vocals. Or maybe with the lead singer of tool?

Speaking of the Osbournes, perhaps she could sing with Kelly? She could do a cover of one of Ayu's songs, and Ayu could help her out
