Thanks again for the list! Waiting for the official Oricon list is getting to be frustrating

Thanks for sharing!

WOW! Erika is the only female in the top 10 singles and the only female to pass 400,000 copies!

WOW. look at all those Johnny Ent. singles! :O Kame has 3 in the top 5 alone (Real Face, Seishun Amigo, & SIGNAL)! it's really JE's year for singles. :] even T&T and TOKIO managed to get hits, even though they're not big-sellers.

i hope m(u) will still be in the top 10 before the year ends! hopefully Secret will do the same or perhaps get even higher sales.

Oh CRAP. One more week and Ultra Blue will climb to (m)u's spot. Hopefully Secret's release will create a resurgence in sales.

Well, the main reason to why people buying actual CDs has reduced is because of digital purchases.

I believe her album will sell over 2 million copies, in digital downloads, or something.

Chaku-Uta full song downloads (certified by RIAJ):

STEP you, fairyland, HEAVEN, Startin', BLUE BIRD were certified 'Gold' which means between 100,000-249,000 downloads. It's kind of strange since Ayu hasn't even got 1 song that was certified 'Platinum' yet Kuu (obviously), Ai and most surprisingly, BoA did.

Did oricon start with their Chaku-Uta charts yet, or are those numbers from RIAJs certifications?

Thanks for the numbers. Didn't INSPIRE sell around 650k or something? Seems like a huge drop for the 2005/2006 singles.

^But those are only ringtones.... And the 650k for ringtones might have also included ringtones as well.

My guess to when Oricon will start showing a chart of DLs would be whenever their new year starts.

^(Start dates) Normally, Nov. 22. With the extension I think it's either Dec. 6th or the 13th.
