And I'm counting the album will be released on the 28th and not 29. Since in Japan it's 29.

Aha, that's true. Yeah, I'm in the same time zone as you, the album will probably be released in Japanese stores when they open on the 29th, which in a lot of cases is at 10:00 AM. That would mean it would be 2 AM here, date being the 29th.

But it's also true that it will still be the 28th here when it's the 29th in Japan.
