i think NEWS is better vocally than KAT-TUN as well. but K-T has Akanishi Jin. LOL. but as soloists, only Tegoshi Yuya stands out, imo.

"code" is like, the song of my life right now (other than "Keep the faith"). XD i wasn't expecting a Ryo solo like that. it made me appreciate the guy even more. i think i can say "pacific" > "touch". i didn't like touch all that much. :3 in fact, i didn't really get into NEWS until "Hoshi wo Mezashite". i always thought they were just "OK", but now i really like them!

I wouldn't necesarrily say that NEWS' voices are better than KAT-TUNs. When it comes to JE groups there are always those really good singers (Ohno, Akanishi, Tegoshi for example) and those, who say themselves that they aren't good singers (Nakai, Matsumoto for example), it seems.
Maybe NEWS is better when it comes to harmony? Um, thinking about it, though, NEWS' members have stronger voices probably.

I haven't listened to "touch", but when it comes to singles I prefer those from "pacific". Though eventually most (all?) songs seem to grow on me. ^^a

PS. My favourites are Yamashita and Koyama. ^.^

^Tegoshi Yuya played in "MY BOSS, MY HERO". Yamashita played in "Nobuta. wo produce" among others.

yeah, i think NEWS is better when it comes to harmony. they really sound great as a whole group! i forgot to spread "Ai Nante" & "Change the World" love too. <3 but, i think "code" is my most played right now. i think i played it more than "weeeek". o__o.

"touch" was okay, i guess the only perk you get from it was the fact that u can hear Kusano/Uchi (the 2 ex-members). i miss them, mostly Uchi (hehe).

speaking of YamaPi roles, i can't wait for the "Kurosagi" movie.

Everyone keeps forgetting to praise Yamapi's beautiful voice! OMG, "Daite Senorita" is so hot. I love his voice to death.

"code" is just Ryo singing? No way! I love him even more now. I've only been a NEWS fan for like four months and I'm slowly starting to love them! My first song was "Cherish" and I was just like...wow, they're hot. haha

I also like "weeeek" more. But "Hoshi wo mezashite" is good, too. I think it was after "MY BOSS, MY HERO", the "Hoshi wo mezashite" single and "Nobuta. wo produce" that I started to like NEWS more and more. ^^

PS. Just to make sure: Was the question about the respective song or the singles overall?

^They've never really appealed to me. The only exception would probably be 1 of the B-sides on the TEPPEN single.

It's stupid. But I hardly ever listen to B-Sides. Typically I don't like them so I ignore them. Bad huh? haha.

^I don't think it's bad. lol Everyone has his/her own preferences. Some B-sides are good or even awesome, though, in my opinion.

Daite Senorita is a great song...it was crazy how much I listened to that single when it first came out

Yamapi and Koyama are my favorites from the beginning and still are ^^
Though I like them all ^_^

Hmm...I really like all of their songs a lot.

I think weeeek is the more popular out of their two singles this year...but I liked the b-sides of HwM more than the ones that are on weeeek.
It's all good for me though

I prefer KAT-TUN's music over NEWS too...but I love to listen to them both.
NEWS is better live I agree.

ps : I can't wait for Kurosagi either ^^

Did you guys know that Pi accidently knocked his microphone stand fall off on a Daite Senorita perf on Music Station? He was lip-syncing in the chorus part. But mehh, it made me laugh. =X
