Anyway, according to U.Blog, Utada will be on Ryan Seacrest's radio show:

According to longtime Utada percussionist Taku Hirano’s MySpace, it appears that Utada will be making an appearance on “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Monday March 23rd, presumably for an interview along with a live performance. Mr. Hirano’s schedule includes 3 rehearsal days prior to the Monday show with Ryan Seacrest.

To those who don't know, this is huge. Ryan Seacrest has one of, if not the biggest radio shows in the country.

WHY! Howcome everytime Hikki does promotion its ALWAYS on a school day and right under my nose! Ughhh! I could totally go to the LA listening party if it wasnt on a Tues. I could totally tune in to KIISFM @ 7 AM to hear Ryan Seacrest's show if it wasnt a monday! GAH! Well....ALOT of times, they show video footage of interviews on the morning Ryan Seacrest show on E! News @ 7 PM so maybe this will be This is the One's first TV promotional? I think if Utada did a live performance on the radio show, E! would be CRAZY not to show video footage of it on E! News. GRRRRR!

Sadly I doubt the radio will help much and I really think they should try airing This One.

yep, that's the outfit she wears throughout the booklet! but there are lots more pics. *counting*. eight pics! And on her website, you see the picture with just her hand, kinda pointing at us? That's the image behind the CD. Also, the picture on the "ABOUT" page is in it as well. It's a gorgeous booklet

oh and the Japanese extra booklet is just a plain grey booklet with all the lyrics. No pictures whatsoever. Maybe you ever bought an Ayumi overseas CD? With a boring additional lyrics card /booklet? That's exactly it.

Care to elaborate on why you think that? It's also doing well on downloads, so I think those factors will definitely help.

Of course Well Radio doesn't seem to be such an important factor in Japan nowdays. One of the examples would be the week when Days/GREEN was released, the single was barely played on the radios, while MISIA's and another few received loads of radio airplay but ended up selling less than Days (they didn't even cross 100k in total) and weren't even on Recochoku weekly top 10, while Days was. Come back to me is doing well digitally so that could help a bit, but I think they need to let people hear the other songs from the album or at least let her perform live, but sadly the MS Special set list has already been announced so I am guessing they don't intend to promote it in Japan that much.

Utada has updated her official blog this morning with some information regarding her current West coast radio tour. She is currently in Sacramento, CA, and will be making stops at 107.9 The End, KSFM 102.5, and KBMB 103.5. She is then off to San Francisco (KNGY, KYLD, and KMVQ), then finally to Los Angeles.

“CBTM” Debuts at #75 on Billboard’s Pop 100 Airplay

Utada’s “Come Back To Me” debuts this week at #75 on Billboard’s Pop 100 Airplay chart. This is the first time that any of her English singles have cracked the top 100 on pop radio. Congrats to Utada, and please keep requesting at your local radio stations.
