official apology about Shibuya appearance in TA [?]

Ok, it's a strange pop-up official message from Team Ayu bureau, I can't understant it perfectly.. but it seem it talks about the Shibuya issue.

from the agency, there is information related to the appearance event by Ayumi Hamasaki. In this event, however, Ayumi Hamasaki herself wasn't involved in the management of the event. To everyone of those fans who support Ayumi Hamasaki, we are very sorry for the worry, and regarding the situation, we highly appreciate your very well understanding customer.

It seems an oficial apology to all the fans who were there for th panic there were. But also an aclaration to the police that Ayu has nothing to do with the administration of her events and that it wasn't her fault..


I wonder why it's for TA only (for the moment)
