Crossroad 49th Single Speculation Thread I

I didn't really get into the singles until recently so I'd never experienced these huge amounts of remixes before. Then recently I got the M single and was totally surprised by the amount of remixes on it. I have to agree, though, that it's nicer to get a few, good quality remixes + instr. than a bunch of remixes you're going to skip through on your playlist anyway. >.>;

You can only listen to a song so many times, so having that many remixes is almost overwhelming!

i love the singles that include some remixes..but i have to say that japanese remixes are terrible. i would like to hear a remix maded by jason nevis or some good Producer

old format means A LOT of remixes. And everyone could find something good for self... When we have 2 remixes, it's hard to believe that everyone will enjoy them xP

I don't really like remixes so I honestly don't mind that there are only a few on the newer single, since I don't listen to most of them anyway XD I would be perfectly content with a single having only a song, maybe another A or B side, and their instrumentals But if crossroad ends up being one A side, I can understand people wanting remixes along with it.

I'd really like a Ferry Corsten remix too . Just no eurobeat, I'm not a big fan of those ones. I have one of those CDs, the one with ayu in a space outfit or something. Just sits there.

Old singles with not so amazing remixes don't work for me. I need quality
Tbh I'd just rather have the remix albums with great remixs than a bunch stuffed on a single I don't like
After they toned it down I could really say I like those remixes on those singles. Two fantastic remixes yeah?

And can they please announce this single. Like seriously. I wanna know more

I really wouldn't worry about there being no remixes on crossroads. The last time that she had absolutely nothing new was for her together when single. and that was just a digital single. Obviously as history shows it, she's bound to put at least one or two remixes, or something on the next single. Besides even if she doesn't have anything new, there's still hope for the 50th single. I'd be amazed if it was a single song and a single instrumental and nothing else. I hope she goes all out with a bang for it.

Still no news yet, so Ayu's still busy, but I don't like the idea of Ayu making a single into a length that is more of an album - all because of remixes... Except for special orchestra/acoustic version types of songs, which are quite interesting, as well as a few exceptions, I often don't like remixes of songs, especially Ayu's - remember that the "remix" era for Ayu might have been long gone - the last one might have come out on 2002... It's 2010, and there's remixes still, but it's not as much as in the early 2000s, when there's a bunch of remixed versions of single songs...

^I doubt it has to do with what Ayu's doing right now. It's not like she has to decide on the day and announce it, that's Avex's job.

Like seriously, I thought we'd have some news on this single last week. They must be really hesitant about this release date or we'd heard something by now. -_-
