^ I hope so too. I really liked 'machine' because it reminded me of Catcher In The Light a little bit.

I don't like judgeing songs by live performances... I remember when first fairyland performance leaked and someone ripped to mp3 and it was first leak of single ever, and I HATED this song badly. When single was on, I started to love fairyland ^^

So, I heard of "Happening here", "how beautiful you are" and "Party queen".

But what are those songs meant to be? Are they from an upcoming 3-side single? I am a little confused. Since when do we get to hear three new songs before a new single has been even announced? O.O

I been lazy recently, so please explain this to me ;_;

how beautiful you are and Party Queen are from her upcoming album(not announced yet but she is apparently done with recordings and shot at least 3 PVs already), happening here is a cover and the theme song for CDL1112 and AT12, we do NOT know if it will be on an album or not.

how beautiful you are is also the themesong of a drama series that airs soon

So bottom line: There will be a new album with how beautiful you are, Party Queen and Shake It!(we haven't heard that one yet), a single is not announced, happening here was put on iTunes but we don't know if it will be on the album.

Party Queen is all kinds of cringe.

Unsure if I love or hate it. The English just makes my confusion so so much worse...

How beautiful you are is standard ballad. Not bad or good.

^ I found KAMPAI! yet disturbing, but I hope in studio it will sound better.
The only thing I am veeery afraid of is how often she is using english now in song, each of three songs have it... Her english makes songs just not serious, cause she cant sing in english and it sound very infant...

But I really like Party queen! One of the most melodic pop-party song since Sparkle, it's very catchy and pleaseant :3

I love this NEXT LEVEL vibe for her next album, since it's one of the most enjoyable albums so far to me ♥

I think she can sing in English, but because it's not exactly a language that she's completely fluent in, her Japanese accent is still going to be there. I don't think it sounds infantile or anything, it's just how it's going to be and that's fine IMO.

I hope we get an announcement soon, i decided not to listen to the new songs, keep the surprise and wait to receive the album (though i listened to the preview of how beautiful you are because idk i just couldn't resist) and not knowing how long the waiting will last makes it way worse.

Keep in mind that composers don't always arrange music.

They do have a type of arrangement in mind though because else they couldn't properly compose. The exact arrangement may not be from him but he most certainly envisioned how beautiful you are as soft pianoballad and party queen as upbeat electronic pop song.

Makes me wonder...is Party Queen maybe the Doctor Who inspired song? Haha Ayumi might have changed the title to fit with her party idea but it does sound like it would somewhat fit the Doctor Who universe musically lol Very Tardis in parts.

I forgot about that. Maybe it is, something about Party Queen does feel so familiar.

I agree with whoever said Ayu's English is a bit infantile... seriously, the title Party Queen shows her uhm... lack of understanding of colloquialism? Her English always sound like... that kind of parody English that you see older people using on TV to sound cool or something haha

So much about that Not that I am a native English speaker

I think her English in the majority of RAINBOW tracks was pretty good, other than that I wish she wouldn't have used it in some of her tracks like glitter, forgiveness and a few others as well.

I would have, both songs have highly western melodies(and even to some extent arrangements) while asian melodies are usually more pentatonic. Also: all of Timmy's compositions so far have chanting of some form in them.

Okay, so I don't really hate Party Queen. I do like the music (quite a bit actually, sounds like I'll grow to really like it), but the lyrics are freaking cringe-worthy, yuck.

How Beautiful You Are = skip skip skip on the album zzzz...

Boo to Ayu's engrish, but whatever.
