I am happy we got new songs I guess and I just wish they don't suck.

It'll be really tough to dislike/hate all the songs from hikki. There must be one or two AT LEAST you'll fall in love. She is hikki .

just throwing in there that it doesn't really matter what hikki says about the cover because an opinion is an opinion. For all we know she could just slap "UH:SCV2" on the cover and be done with it. Some people believe that Jeffree Star's album cover Plastic Surgery Slumber Party < [Click] is a work of art. So yeah, just cause hikki says something doesn't mean we'll end up liking it.

and fyi amorphose, I'm one of the pissy people complaining about the cover and I've had it on preorder for about 2 weeks now. ;D I get the right to ***** about a cover, I shed out money I really don't have and could have saved for gas to get to work this week, but I love utada this much, and I love all the songs on the album so far (and I owe it to myself for not buying HS when it came out)

I already knew from the get go that the cover would not meet most of her fans expectations. I personally do not care for it either, but I'll take Hikki's word for it and wait until I see the first press edition in person to make a fair judgment.

ANYWAY, interested in hearing the new songs. But generally speaking I don't necessarily love a lot of the songs included in it--mean i prefer the singles in the previous collection, haha.

oh.. that would be a disappointment for me if the stars show CHUICHI on the cover instead of hikki or kuma. I dun really like that meow at all...

Utada has said that isn't the actual cover so a couple fans are getting upset over something they haven't seen yet.

It says a lot that this is the Happiest I've been all year about Music in General and I HATE Single Collections.

I like "This Is The One (Crying Like A Child)", but I hope that "Show Me Love (Not a Dream)" has a vibe all its own considering the fact that they're titled similarly structure-wise and it's not a common title format in her discography. I know we were anticipating the influences another English Album would have on her Japanese Music long before "This Is The One" was release so we'll see.

Hopefully that something "weird" she talked about will finally make an appearance.

I believe something to do with the German Language came up a while back as well or there was some German in a photo she put on her blog that alluded to it being a part of future music.

Would definitely remain consistent with the whole inclusion of different languages. French, German.....although I think German is one of the most horrid sounding languages.

I did! I like the cover and I said it like 2 times already

Even looking at it again today, without the excitement if it being brand-new, I still like it! It's so epic, I dunno I just like it.

But I wonder if this will be the album cover or the slipcase cover.

i don't see a star, i see a dandruff....a lot of dandruff...i think it's good for shampoo advertisement, just add shampoo bottle on the bottom right, and text on the bottom left "Bye-bye dandruff"....LOL XD

i hope what hikki said in her tweet is true, because if the cover really looks flat, blank and dead like that...i really don't know what to say...

I don't know why people are criticizing those who buy the physical album because of the cover. I mean it is completely understandable, why spend so much money on the physical album if you could just buy it online. Like you guys said music is music.

Having a nice cover gives a few the incentive to buy the actual album.
