Lol, you are right. I was actually thinking the same thing as I typed that post - "I say this all the time I wonder if anyone notices" - haha. But I mean especially in the Kumi thread, it's like, overload on the hype. Everyone has the right to get excited, but for me it's just annoying because the more excitement surrounding the release, and the more people that build it up and assume it's going to be fantastic, the harder it is to accept the release once it just turns out just "OK". The same could be said about every upcoming album and the majority of people that claim that this album is going to be THE BEST every single time. Lol.

But alas, I do say this but the reactions in the Kumi thread are just insane. Lol. I just wish people would just chill and say "Oh wow, new album! Awesome! I will look forward to this release!" instead of throwing out predictions and building everything up based off their own ideas and/or subtleties.

Let me start by saying that Kuu is not my favorite singer, and I don't love everything she does. I do love and respect her and a lot of her music though, so with that in mind, the Koda Kumi threads are essentially a negativity-free zone for the most part not because it's "not allowed," but because the fans as a whole are satisfied completely with what she delivers (for the most part). Which is pretty damn refreshing if you compare it to other singer's fanbases where they're slitting their wrists for a magazine cover or B-side.

An opinion that is not positive doesn't necessarily have to be negative, you know what I mean? It's all in the way it's expressed, and everyone here understands that.

A slight alteration to one of the PVs is still not enough to make me want to keep my 4 TIMES. I have a friend at school who loves Kuu, perhaps I will trade it for her a few packs of ridiculously expensive Japanese candy that she gets at the Asian supermarket where she works.

EDIT: I see that some people are asking why other members are talking about this album being related to her 12th anniversary, when 2011 is her 11 anniversary. Is it not because the album comes out in 2012? Or am I missing the point?

we're now in the 21st century even we haven't reached 2100...
u know Kuu debuted dec 6th 2000 which was her first year...

See I thought it's like, 2012 is her 12th year but yesterday wouldn't be her 12th anniversary. She celebrated her 10th anniversary with Fantasia right? and said the day after would be her 11th year. That would make 6th 2011 her 11th anniversary and the days after, her 12th year. You would say happy 11th anniversary~

When I saw T-Pain and Omarion I immediately thought about Black Out feat. Lil' Wayne.
I didn't mind his part that much is an awesome song and I wish he wasn't in it.
