Wow. It sounds like a completely different song. Sounds like that Mariah Carey song from the 90s.

Isn't this english version in fact, a part of the Genie remix released in that rapper's album?

I tried to find the full version of his remix but I wasn't sucessful

Even though the guy is a bit annoying, I like this remix!

Is it even their voices then because it doesn't sound like them. Perhaps that's why it sounds so different.

Now I've been listening to "Genie (Japanese Version)" back to back in my car and it doesn't sound the same. Kind of has a new sound and reminds me of this English Version.

lol I'm pretty sure it's not them in that remix. It IS really catchy though, I listened to it for hours when it first came out

It is them in the remix, except just like three or four of them. You can hear Tiffany's missing, I think Taeyeon sings Fany's I'm just your biggest fan part. There's Taeyeon and Jessica at least on it.
