If people are overly concerned about her private life news, it could be helpful to stop reading AHS and the like. Just buy the music and ignore the news, so there is nothing to worry about. Sometimes I wonder if I should do this.

Back in the days when I discovered Ayu, I just had her music. Nothing else, except of a few pictures I grabbed with google. This was my time of fandom, when Ayu was still different from now because my attitude towards her was uninfluenced by the news, opinions, paparazzi images etc of the internet.

I do not mean to say "get out of here!", it is simply a well meant cause for thought to anyone who really feels desperately uncomfortable with Ayu's recent ongoings.

Alas I am too weak to be disciplined enough xD But if you are, give it a try and just live the music, not the news and rumors. Stay away from sources that ruin your illusion of the singer you feel connected with

There seemed to be conflicting accounts about his divorce...and I barely remember people talking about their child. I guess they just had it?

Although I was really hoping he was divorced already cause...they are not going to paint that nicely for Ayu.

And his wife made a statement? ew. And if she was pregnant while Ayu and Maro were together...um that looks bad everywhere, not just Japan.

As far as his name ever being Nomura, there's a 2010 AHS thread pointing out a printing mistake on a few copies of a tour dvd booklet. Even in 2010 besides the typo it was Uchiyama. So the whole thing about a divorce may have been from rumors. The worst was the article I found listing his Wife as 44 years old, Maro as 28 and their son as 16. That would make Maro a 12 year old daddy.

She is singing and performing better and better everyday, she isn't using drugs, she is drinking less (or at least she said so), she isn't being spoted on nightclubs every day of the week (she is actually way too busy for doing that), her last marriage lasted +- 6 months, without rushed children and now she is DATING (not marring or having a baby, just dating) one of her dancers, most likelly for way longer than we can actually know.
